We respects your right to privacy. We do not share any information you provide us with anybody. This includes your Name, address, telephone number and email address. None of this information will be given out in any form unless required by law.

Confidentiality Agreement.
All customer information and correspondence is regarded as strictly confidential as we protect and support the customer privacy rights. We will not sell, share, rent, or otherwise release any confidential customer information to any unauthorized third party under any circumstance. Currently we accept payments through Paypal, you can pay using VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express using Paypal. All payments are in US Dollars. We DO NOT store customer's information on our servers, we use the information entered while ordering a product just to process the order and do not store the information.

RETURN POLICY
All Sales Should be Considered Final. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

1. If you have not opened the box, you can return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 30 days, no questions asked.
2. If the product will not work on your computer, you may return it to us for refund, credit or replacement within 30 days of receipt.

In cases of return, you must obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product. Email info@metadownload.com with Your Name, Your Order Number (invoice number on your invoice), the title of the product, and the specific problem you have encountered. We will get back to you in few hours with more details on how to proced with your RMA. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued.

You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition. The product must be unregistered, and with all manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product. If it is a Retail Box product, you must return it in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally. Damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused.

If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Email info@metadownload.com for a replacement shipment.
