Placing an Order

1. On-Line: - use this website to select your product and place your order. During the checkout process you can select your shipping method and payment method. Due to popular request, MetaDownload.com accepts PayPal as a form of payment for your order.

How do I pay by PayPal?
All you need to do is place your order as normal, and choose PayPal as your payment type. You will then be able to click on a link that takes you directly to the PayPal site, our you can follow the directions listed in the email that will be sent to you after you order.

What Credit Cards Does PayPal Accept?
PayPal accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

What if I want to pay via American Express or Visa, but don't have a PayPal account?
All you need to do is sign up and you should be able to purchase from MetaDownload.com.

2. Email: - email your orders to sales@metadownload.com There is no particular format to use. A email can contain 1 or more orders. Each order needs to include: name, company (if applicable), address, city, state, zip, phone number (if 2nd day or overnight shipment), country (if other than U.S.) and shipping method. If not shipping method is specified, we will ship package via 1st class, priority or UPS ground.
